今日は救急の日です。私の地区でも１０時から住民の防災訓練が行われます。日本列島はあちこちで大きな災害が起こっており、もう他人事ではありません。真剣に訓練しなくてはなりません。今日はＡＥＤの使い方を実践します。パットを左胸と右胸の上部に直接、貼ります。実際には、心臓が悪くて倒れてるとは限りませんが、心臓疾患は１分１秒を争うので、女性が倒れていても使わなくてはなりません。
