寒さ増し 血液循環 スムースに

昨日は暫くぶりに鏑川の土手を４Ｋウォーキングしました。今年は親しかった友人が他界したことから普通に歩けることの喜びを噛みしめながらです。写真の杜は私の先祖が江戸時代に建立した「長命稲荷」です。ここに一礼して鏑川にシベリアからの白鳥がいるかどうか見ましたが、未だいません。今週中に飛来すると推測します。

Yesterday I walked 4km on the bank of Kabra-river after a long interval. Appreciating the great value of walking normally, I was walking because the closest friends have passed away this year. The forest of photograph is "Long-life God" built by my ancestor during the Edo period. I bowed to this place and saw whether there were swans from Siberia or not in Kabra-river. They did not come flying yet. I guess they will come back from the continent within this week.
