今夕は パトロール班で 新年会

【夏季に撮ったもの】

今日の夕刻、新年会に参加します。年間を通じて小学生の登下校の安全を期して行うパトロールの会です。全員が退職した方々です。第二の人生を元気に生きるには積極的にボランティア活動に参加です。これにより交流の輪が広がります。高齢になるほど、栄養摂取、適度な運動、そして社会性が大切な三本柱と考え、これからも小学生の安全を見守ります。

I will participate in the New Year party this evening. It is a patrol meeting to make elementary school students safe from school throughout the year. Every volunteers retired already. In order to live vigorously the second life, it is very useful for us to participate in volunteer activities for spread the circle of interchange. Three indispensable pillars in life for the elderly are nutrition intake, moderate exercise and socialization. From now on, I will continue to watch safety of elementary school students.

Different matter・・・ The gentleman in the photo is a Jewish conductor named Mr. Bernard Jacob of Calcutta Symphony Orchestra. And I was a disciple of him about conducting during stay in India.
