今の時季 はっさく食べて 風邪知らず
これは全国の生産高の70%を占める和歌山県産の「はっさく」です。元来、八朔とは陰暦の8月1日のことです。この頃になると収穫できることから、この名がついたそうです。しかし、実際には、この頃では未だ食べられません。「はっさく」はビタミンCとクエン酸が豊富に含まれてることから風邪予防、疲労回復に効果があるといわれてます。私は昼食時に毎日1個分を食べることにしてます。でも、一人で食べるのは寂しい。
