鬼は外 福が来るかな 今年こそ

今朝５時に撮った下弦の月です。地球からの距離はおよそ３８万㎞です。この細い月がさらに細くなって消える日が旧暦の１月１日です。その日は私たちが使ってる太陽暦の２月５日です。ですから３日が節分で「鬼は外、福は内」の豆まき、４日が立春、５日が旧暦のお正月です。なお、金星と木星は月の大分、西に見えます。

　
This is the waning moon that I took at 5 o'clock this morning. The distance from the earth is about 380,000 km. The day when this thin moon gets thinner and disappears is January 1st in the lunar calendar. That is February 5th in the solar calendar that we use. So, the 3rd day is Setsubun that we scatter soy beans saying "Fortune in, Devils out". The 4th is the first day of Spring. The 5th is New Year's day in lunar calendar. You can see Venus and Jupiter in the west of the waning moon.
