浅間山を隠す浅間隠山

　これからは空気が澄んで遠くの山々がよく見えるようになります。高崎市から見て西北西に一際高く目立つ山は浅間隠山で、標高は１７５７ｍです。地元では川浦富士と呼ばれてます。

　私は今まで頂上に２回登りました。周囲に山がないので頂上からの視界は３６０°のパノラマです。本当の富士山もよく見えます。西には雄大な活火山・浅間山が聳えてます。

　浅間隠山と命名されてるのは、子持山方面から見るとこの山が浅間山を隠すことに因ります。

 I have ever climbed the top twice so far. Since there are no mountains around, the view from the top is a 360 ° panorama. We can see the real Mt. Fuji well that is the higest mountain in our nation. There is a magnificent active volcano, Mt. Asama in the west. 

 The reason that is named Mt. Asama Kakushi, is because this mountain hides Mt. Asama seeing from the direction of Mt. Komochi.
