白内障の術後検診終わる

　昨年の秋、思い切って白内障の手術を受けて本当に良かったです。その後、運転中、前方が見違えるようによく見えます。医師の話では「今後１００年は同じに見えるでしょう。」とのことです。今日は術後の最終検査に行ってきました。順調に回復しています。

　今後も、姿勢を正しくし、パソコンの画面を見るとき近づき過ぎないようにしたり、外出したら遠くの山稜に視線を合わせて眺めます。栄養素としては、一般的に目に良いとされるビタミン類を摂取したいです。

 I'm really glad that I had a cataract surgery last autumn. After that, while driving, I can look ahead distinctly. According to the oculist in charge of me "It will look the same for the next 100 years." Today is the last day of inspection after surgery. My left eye has recovered well. 

 From now on, I will continue to correct my posture so as not to get too close when looking at the computer screen, and when I go out, I will look at the distant mountain ridge. As a nutrient, I will take vitamins that are generally considered to be effective for the eyes.
