アナログ人間も時代の波に乗る

　最近は宅配便の荷物を受取るにも印鑑を使わずにサインで済み、銀行からお金を引き出すにもＡＴＭであれば印鑑を使わず、カードと暗証番号で済みます。

　一方、スーパーではクレジットカードやスマホで支払い、ガソリンスタンドでもカードで支払い、電車はスイカで済ませ、日常生活で現金を持たなくなりました。現金で支払うのは医療機関、理髪店、飲み屋さんくらいです。これは便利で現代にマッチしてますが、確実な収入があってのことです。本質は世界経済の動向に敏感でなくてはなりません。

　ところで、逆に日常生活で何でも昔のように行なうことをアナログと言います。この言葉はどこから来ているのかと思いましたら、やはり英語のアナクロニズムであることを天声人語で知りました。

※本来は、アナログ人間と言うより、アナクロ人間と言うべきです。しかし、アナログの方が言いやすいために使われてると考えられます。アナログの意味は「類似や文字盤」のことなので誤用と考えられます。
