　ウォーキング快適革命「さぁ、自然の中へ」と銘打ったドクターアッシーのウォーキングシューズを、もうすぐ来る誕生日を前に自らにプレゼントしました。靴屋で試しに履いて歩いたので、履き心地と全体の芸術性が気に入り、すぐに購入を決めました。靴底はそれほどゴツゴツしてないので、車の運転も大丈夫です。

　それにしても私の年代にしては今までよく歩きました。これからも「健康は足からと歯磨きから」をモットーに歩きます。

　近いうちに再度、群馬県・赤城山の大沼一周ウォーキング【４．４Ｋｍほど】を計画してます。大沼は日本百名山のひとつ赤城山のカルデラ湖。標高1345mという高地にあるため、夏は麓の前橋市街地の温度より10℃は低いという。

　1周4.4㎞の湖の周囲は白樺の木陰と澄んだ空気の中、静かな湖面と外輪山が眺められる。大沼内の島にある赤城神社は、女性の願い事が叶うパワースポットと言われているので、ついでにお参りがお薦めです。
