今日は２０２１年１２月１２日です。

 

　今日の日付は１２月１２日で１と２が繰り返されてます。しかも、西暦は２０２１年です。因みに私の車のナンバーも２２２２です。私は車の運転が好きですが、ウォーキングも心掛けてます。その時は腕を前後に振りつつ１２、１２とテンポよく歩きます。

　今の冬季は地区のラジオ体操会がないので、どちらかといえば柔軟性より、生命の源である心肺機能の充実を重点にして、ウォーキングが大切と考えてます。このためでしょうか、不整脈を感じることはありません。

　ところで、昨晩は「新みかぼフィル」の定演を鑑賞し、心に栄養を補充してきました。やはり生で聴く音楽は色彩豊かで、躍動的でいつも暗く沈んでる私の心が久々に躍りました。特に第一バイオリンが光りました。音楽会の感想は明日書く予定です。

And my heart which is always dark and sunk, has been exciting after a long interval due to Covid-19. Especially the first violinist shined. I will write the impression of the concert tomorrow.
