暖かく 咲き出しました 庭の梅

　気候が急に春らしくなってきたので庭の花梅が開花です。多くは未だ、一分咲きです。私は花が長持ちするようにポンプでくみ上げた井戸水を毎朝、根元に与えてます。３月3日の「ひな祭り」には５分咲き位になるでしょう。未だ咲いてない梅は紅白に咲き分ける「思いのまま」だけです。

　梅の素晴らしさは１、枝垂れの優しさ、２、花の色が多種である、３、香りが漂います。４、住宅街で５本咲くので皆さんが見に来ます。５、ミツバチが飛来してきます。

　今日は夕刻から梅の下のテーブルで一杯やります。

　つまり、０．２秒の命です。この短い命を自分らしく生きなくてはなりません。明日から３月です。自己への挑戦と希望を胸に活動しましょう。

やっと開花 ピンクの世界 しだれ梅

　今日、庭の枝垂れ紅梅がやっと咲き始めました。何というきれいなピンクなのでしょう。拡大してご覧ください。梅は通常２月に咲く植物なので、例年より３週間ほど遅い開花です。それほど今年の冬は寒かったのです。明後日はもう３月です。

　それにしても、心が洗われるようなピンクです。枝垂れの姿にも優しさが漂い、日々、孤独な私の心を慰めてくれる唯一の家族です。おっと音楽も心に充実をもたらしてくれます。忘れちゃいけません。

　５本の梅がすべて咲けば梅林となり、３月上旬には花見をしたいと思います。梅にはビールより美味しい日本酒にしましょう。

英語力 小さな努力の 積み重ね？

　この天声人語(秋)を２週間ほど前に読み終えたので、今日「2022冬」を購入予定です。この本は朝日新聞に毎日掲載されてる天声人語の記事をまとめたもので、年間に４回発売されます。

　内容は世界を含めた現代社会と、とりわけ日本の状況を執筆者独自の観点で述べたものです。しかし、最近気になるのは日本政府に対する非難が多過ぎます。天声人語を執筆する人は昔は天人と言われましたが、近年は文章の質が今一歩で、もっと大所高所から書いてほしいものです。

　この本は同じ内容を同時に英文でも読めるので、日本語を学ぶ外国人の愛読者が多いと言われます。私はこの本で日本語表現と英語表現を学んでます。

庭にいて 野鳥観察 めざします

　昔と違って、道端の堀はすべてコンクリートで塞がれ、人間にとって清潔で便利になりましたが、野鳥にとっては生活範囲に飲み水がなくなり一大事です。

　昨日、気候が春らしくなりましたら、私の庭に２０羽ほどのヒヨドリが飛来し、ピーチクパーチク賑やかになりました。理由は備えた水を飲みに来たのです。入れ代わり立ち代わり飛来し、水を美味しそうに飲む姿がしばらく見られました。一方、その代わり、お土産も多く落とし、今日はその清掃します。

　野鳥にとって木の実など餌は至る所にあっても、大きなサルスベリなど止まり木となる「樹木と飲み水が欠かせないのでしょう。」

　これからも庭を樹木と花で覆い、私自身が光合成が盛んな森の中に住むようにしたいと考えてます。

好天で 車をシャンプー 気分新たに

勢いよく 地上に芽を出し 珍しそう

城建ちて 群馬の景色 見渡せる

　この城は群馬県にありますが、どこに建っているでしょう。私は週に2回ほど少し離れた位置から見てます。写真のように近くから見るのは年に数回です。

　これを把握できたとき私は感動しました。オリオン座は分かりやすいし、最も南のシリウスは特別に明るいし、最も北のカペラは稚内の頭上であり、それを頭に入れておけば、簡単に６つの一等星を把握できます。左上の「ふたご座」も分かりやすいです。

　アルデバラン(Come come everybodyのテーマ曲)の右上に「スバル星団」が見えます。スバル星団は７つの星の固まりで宮古島の頭上を通過します。今宵、月が出てないのでチャンスです。寒さ対策して、確認しましょう。

時々は 自然と対話 自己取り戻す

　5～６世紀の古を感ずるには、人里離れたとてもよいスポットです。ここは我が倉賀野町の古墳群の中でも、最も大きい大鶴巻古墳の頂上です。高さ１０mほどの前方後円墳で幼児にも高齢者にも登れます。家から歩いて２０分程のところで、私のウォーキングコースの一つです。

　空気は新鮮で、景色がよく、アカシアの樹木に囲まれた倉賀野町の別天地です。太い樹木があると私はテッポーを２０回ほど行う習慣があります。自然の中で脚力や上体など筋肉を鍛えるのはとても気持ちがよいです。

　時にはテレビやスマホから離脱し、情報過多の受け身でなく、忙しい現代においてこそ「自然との対話を通して発想力を陶冶すること」は、自己を取り戻すために必要な生き方ではないでしょうか。べートーベンがハイリゲンシュタットの道を散策しながら創作活動したことはあまりにも有名です。

　Sometimes, with break away from TV and smartphones which is passive and information overload, "Cultivating creativity through dialogue with nature" is a necessary way of life to regain ourselves. It is too well known that Beethoven created his masterpieces while strolling along the roads of Heiligenstadt.

２００年後 日本の国は どうなってる

　今日の日の出は６時２４分、日の入り１７時３１分、昼の長さ１１時間２７分、太陽高度４３°(群馬県)です。

　しかし、未だ咲きません。例年なら八分咲きから満開の頃です。これは高さ４ｍほどの大きな枝垂れ紅梅で、ご覧の通り、幹が曲って魅力的な樹形です。埼玉県花園から乗用車(いすゞ１１７クーペ)のトランクに載せて運んできました。

　ところで、今日は２０２２年２月２２日で２が並ぶ日です。今後このように２が並ぶ日は２００年後の今日です。その時、果たしてどんな世の中になってるでしょう。私の予想では、日本もいろいろの人種の坩堝でしょう。昭和、平成、令和などは、私たちが現在、江戸時代を考えるように、遠い昔の歴史の片隅にちらっと出るだけでしょう。

私にも 両親の趣味 蘇る

　小学生時代に飼育を始めたレース鳩の趣味は半世紀以上に亘りましたが、３年前に飼育を終了しました。それに代わり、現在では花木に夢中です。

　前者は北海道の長万部や稚内などから飛ばして順位を競う勝負でしたが、後者は他との勝負でなく、いわば内面の充実を目的とした形や色彩の芸術です。こちらは品種が多く、開花の喜びが伴います。四季折々に庭を色彩豊かなキャンヴァスにすることです。

　日々、多くの樹木に水遣りや剪定など身体の動きを伴うので、生涯に亘る趣味としては美と健康という一石二鳥の側面があります。

　両親が花が好きだったので、私が両親の年になって遺伝的に同じ趣味が蘇っているのでしょう。

　昨日、暫くぶりに高前バイパスの「アウディーのディーラー」へ行って、コーヒーを戴きながら私の担当者と歓談してきました。

シャクナゲの 開花を期して ステージへ

　今まで軒下に入れておいた4本のシャクナゲを「雨水」になったので、庭に運び出しました。中央の日本シャクナゲの重量は植木鉢ごとで１００Kgほどあり、大きな枝垂れ白梅の下へ少しずつ移動しました。腰を痛めないように注意しました。

　実は、これとは別に、廊下にも比較的小さな４本のシャクナゲがあり、品種の異なる８本のシャクナゲは４月中旬から５月中旬に咲きます。

春到来 庭には花を 人に愛

コハクチョウ 日ロ親善 友好大使

　昨日は母の故郷・木部町を散策し、長命稲荷に参拝しました。余分なことはお願いせず、その名の通り、健康長寿のみを祈りました。後は実践のみです。

　ついでに、近くの鏑川に飛来してるコハクチョウ１４羽が羽を休めてる姿を間近で見ましたが、例年に比べて数が少ないです。以前は５０羽程いました。この少なさは何が原因しているのでしょう。何か居心地が悪いことが起こったのでしょうか。それとも、飛来途中で猛禽と遭遇し、渡りができなかったのでしょうか。

　ここは鏑川ですが、川幅は５０mほど、長さは３００ｍほどの広い面積に水の流れがあまりなく、池のような状態なので毎年飛来し、夜間も心配なく安心して過ごせるのでしょう。

　それにしても、何と優雅な姿を見せてくれるのでしょう。故郷・北部シベリアやカムチャッカから数千キロの大海原を超え、日本上空に到着してからも１０００Kも南下し、特に雛は初めて、ここ群馬県高崎市に飛来しています。あと、１ヶ月するとシベリアへ向かいます。

　見渡す限り広大なこの付近一帯は私の母が子供の頃に住んでた鏑川のほとりです。母は前々回のハレー彗星を見ています。「すごく長い尾を引いてた」とその印象を私によく話しました。

　おそらく１９１０年に出現したときで、この界隈で見たのでしょう。今度出現するのは２０６１年夏と計算されてます。皆さん、それまで生きてましょう。

リラックス 日帰り温泉 二百円

知られてない 巨大な古墳 大鶴巻

【高さ１０mほどの大鶴巻古墳】拡大してご覧ください。

　昨日の夕方、暫くぶりに故郷・倉賀野の古墳群へウォーキングに行きました。最近の倉賀野には休日になるとリュックを背負って歩く歴史探訪の人たちの姿が見受けられます。倉賀野は今でもあまり発展してないことから、それが幸いして江戸時代を彷彿させる街並みが現存するからでしょう。

　しかし、それよりずっと古い５～６世紀に造られたと想われる巨大な大鶴巻古墳を見学する人は少なく、知らずに通り過ぎてしまうようです。理由は旧国道から離れた位置にあり、気づかないのでしょう。

　写真上は巨大な大鶴巻古墳で、私は小鶴巻古墳(写真下)の山頂に登って撮りました。２基の古墳には発掘された気配はなく、未だに古墳内には古代の遺品が眠っている可能性が考えられます。

　この他、倉賀野に現存する古墳は正六地区の浅間山古墳、下町地区の長賀寺古墳、南町地区の一本杉古墳、及び上町地区の安楽寺古墳です。古の倉賀野を散策するには、頂上へ登れる巨大な大鶴巻古墳がお勧めです。

These days, there are many people carrying backpack on holidays to explore history of Kuragano. My town Kuragano still doesn't develop much, so fortunately there is a townscape that is reminiscent of Edo period.

　However, few people visit the huge Ohzurumaki burial mound, which is thought to have been built in the 5th to 6th century, which is much older than the townscape, and it seems that they pass by without knowing it. The reason is that it is far from the national road named old Nakasendo and they may not notice its existence.

　The photo above is a huge Ohzurumaki tumulus, and I climbed yesterday and took the photo from the mountaintop of the Kozurumaki tumulus (below of the photo). There is no sign of excavation in the both burial mounds. Therefore it is possible that ancient relics are still sleeping inside the burial mounds.

　In addition, the existing burial mounds in Kuragano are the Sengenyama burial mound in Shoroku district, the Cyohgaji burial mound in Shimocho district, the Ipponsugi burial mound in Minamicho district, and the Anrakuji burial mound in Kamicho district. I recommend you to explore the huge Otsurumaki Tomb that you can climb the top.

生涯に 出会う人たち ごく僅か

 

　年齢を重ね、しかも17年間の一人で暮らしは早朝に目覚めます。睡眠に関しては、昼間の行動が充実していれば夜よく眠れる相関関係にあります。

　人間も星も無数にあっても、この世で出会う人は本当に少なく、高崎、前橋を歩いていても９９．９％の人は初めて見る顔で、話したことのない人ばかりです。

　生きてる間、私たちは誠に僅かに出会った人のみと、共通の話題で意思疎通を図ろうとしてます。でも、ブログはその限界を超える画期的な(カッキー的な)世界です。有効利用しましょう。

「バク」休み 若き日々を 振り返る

　行きつけの小料理屋「バク」がコロナ休業中で、私は息抜きするところがありません。どうしましょう。

　こんな時は、４０代から５０代のときにあった若き日を振り返ってみます。

　以前は半世紀以上に亘りレース鳩を飼育してたので鳩と対話ができ、気が解れました。また、イギリスが世界に発行してるレース鳩月刊誌の表紙に3回、登場でき充実してました。日本人では一人かもしれません。

　同じ雑誌にエリザベス女王様も時々登場されたので、本当にもしかしてですが、女王様は日本に私がいることを知っててくださる可能性はあります。

　この他、私の鳩が内モンゴルで発見され、私は一人で現地へ会いに行ったことがあります。北京駅から大陸横断鉄道で１０時間かかり、私の家で生まれた鳩に現地で再会し、鳩を抱き「よくこんな遠方まで飛んできた」と涙が出ました。私の鳩を飼ってた人や内モンゴルの知事と何度も乾杯しました。このため、日中友好ができて本当によかったです。鳩を通じての国際交流は実に充実してました。

　この事は上毛新聞で1週間に亘り「翼が結んだ日中友好」と題して旅行記を連載してくれました。また、FM群馬でも行く前と帰国後に放送してくれました。

In addition, it was fulfilling that I appeared three times on the cover of British race pigeon monthly magazine "Pictorial" which is published all over the world. I may be alone in Japanese.

　Queen Elizabeth Ⅱ also appeared in the same magazine from time to time. Therefore it's possible that she knows that I'm in Japan.

  In addition, my pigeon was discovered in Inner Mongolia, and I have been to the site alone. 今になり 一生の不覚 克服の日々

　昨日、ウォーキング中に撮った小鴨です。彼らは一体どのようにして仲間との意思疎通を図っているのでしょう。

「自ら考えたこと、感じたこと、体験したことをいかに英文にするか」という勉強を若いうちにしておけばよかったと後悔の日々です。これは一生の不覚です。

　ところで、最近、出合った言葉で使えそうなものを次に書きます。

　金目当ての結婚はmarriage for money、事実婚はde facto marriage、悲惨な結婚はdisastrous marriage、愛のない結婚はloveless marriage、できちゃった結婚はshotgun marriageです。　最後の言葉はニュージーランドのバリーさんに教わりました。

　この上毛新聞は朝刊のみ毎日発行される群馬県の地方紙で、販売部数30万部を超え、県内では最も多くの人に読まれています。特に「ひろば」は群馬県民の声であり、読者の関心が高く、想像以上に多くの方々に読まれていると想われます。ぜひ、群馬県以外の皆さんにもお読みいただきたくブログに掲載いたします。

　タイトル・・・「たわいない記憶違い 」

　最近の俳句ブーム中で、一句のうち季語が二つ以上含まれることを禁止する「季(き)重(がさ)なり」と言うルールを知り、例句として、「目には青葉　山ほととぎす　初かつを（山口素堂）」が紹介されていた。愕然とした。「季重なり」はともかく、今まで「目に青葉　山ほととぎす　初かつを」と思い込んでいたからだ。記憶違いの発端は、中学時代この句を目にした時、「は」音の存在が耳に残らず、語調のよさ、リズム感にのせられて覚えてしまったせいか、今でも「目に」といってしまいそうだ。

　唱歌「雪」の歌詞を「雪やこんこ　あられやこんこ　降っても降っても　ずんずん積もる　犬は喜び　庭かけ回り　猫はこたつで丸くなる」と一番の歌詞の前半と二番の歌詞の後半を適当にごちゃまぜにして無邪気に歌っていたことを最近知った。子ども心にも、こちらの方が楽しい生活実感があったのだろう。

　無意識の誤りに基づいたものを気付かずいる思い込みは他愛もないこととはいえ間違いは間違いである。何か違和感を持ったら再確認のため調べてみる。そこで自分の愛しき愚かしさをしるのも向上心につながる余生の楽しみだ。正しいことを知り得たという僥倖に恵まれるのも生きていたからこそである。

　今日は二十四節気の一つ「立春」です。地球の公転位置の変化により太陽角度は３７°(群馬県の正午)になります。因みに冬至では３０°でした。
