　今日3月8日は国連が定めた国際女性デーです。 国や民族、そして言語を問わず、女性たちが達成してきた功績を祝福し、ジェンダー平等を考える日として、毎年世界各地でさまざまなイベントが行なわれます。

　この日は、女性の権利と政治的、経済的分野への参加を盛り立てていくために1975年に制定されました。

　記念日に選ばれた3月8日は1904年にアメリカで女性労働者が婦人参政権を求めてデモを起こした日といわれます。

　写真について、一般住宅で5本も色の異なる梅が咲いてる家はなさそうで、特に女性が「きれいですね」と見に来て写真を撮ってます。良い国際女性デーになりました。
