飲めるまで 二か月間を じっと待つ

　高い木に枇杷が生っていたので、安全を期して梯子を使わず、先程、高枝切狭で「枇杷」を収穫しました。鳥に食べられたものを捨て、傷のないもののみ収穫しましたが、これを私がすべて食べ切るのに1週間ほどかかるでしょう。

　枇杷酒を作るには種を残しておき、種のみを使います。良く水洗いしてから、瓶に入れ、焼酎と、氷砂糖を適度に入れて密閉し、２か月ほど経過したら飲みますが、アルコール度が強いので飲むときは水割りにします。

　今年の夏も暑いでしょうから、夕食にビールを飲んだ後、今後の幸せを期して一杯戴きます。

　Loquats were growing on a tall tree, so for the sake of safety, I did not use a ladder and just harvested "loquats" by the high branch pruning scissors. I threw away what was eaten by the wild birds and harvested only the intact ones, but I will be able to eat them all about a week.

　To make loquat liquor, I leave the seeds and use only the seeds. After washing it well, put it in a bottle, put shochu and rock sugar in a proper amount, seal it. Then, I wait to drink it after about 2 months, but since it has a strong alcohol content, mix it with water.

　It will be hot this summer too, so after drinking draft beer for dinner, I will have a drink loquat liquor for future happiness including elimination of living alone.
