上顎洞 予定通りに 手術です

　今日、６月１７日に予定通り、高崎医療センターで鼻の臓器の一つである上顎洞の手術を受けます。

　図をご覧の通り、私たちの顔面の内側は殆どが鼻の副鼻腔(空洞)で、それぞれ左右に一対ずつあります。

　この内、眼球の奥、つまり脳のすぐ下には篩骨洞、及びもっと奥には蝶形骨洞があり、これらの空洞は新鮮な空気を吸うことで脳を冷やす働きがあります。

　ほっぺの中にある上顎洞は犬歯から奥歯のすぐ上に位置します。私の場合、手術により、この上顎洞の右の空洞に細い管を入れ流れをよくします。今日は午前９時から部分麻酔による手術を行います。では頑張ります。
