今年こそ 美味しい枇杷酒 飲めるかな

　梅雨に入って、品種名「長崎クイーン」という枇杷が鈴なりです。高い所に生ってるので気づくのが遅れ、野鳥に少し食べられましたが、野鳥には毎日、その姿と声に癒されてるので少しはプレゼントです。

　高崎駅前の「どんどん」というお店には20年間ほど毎週飲みに行ってたので、１０００回程通いました。実はそこで知った「枇杷酒」のおいしさが忘れられず、近年、自分でも作りましたが、なかなか「どんどん」のような味になりませんでした。

　ですから、今年こそ夢のようなおいしさの「枇杷酒」造りに挑戦したいです。今日は多くのビワを捥いで早速、取り掛かります。今作っても飲めるのは夏の終わり頃なので、それまでは、ビールやウィスキー、あるいは日本酒で場をつなぎましょう。
