手術後の 経過観察 受診する

　今日は午前9時からの予約により、高崎総合医療センターの歯科口腔外科で診察を受けました。
　
　内容は３ヶ月前に手術した副鼻腔の一つである上顎洞の術後の経過観察です。今まで使用していた管を新しい管に入れ替えました。平素、苦痛はなく、手術は的確に行われたと思います。
　
　ところで、私は前高に７年間勤務してたので、教え子の１００名以上が医師になってます。今回の担当医にそれを話したところ、担当医は神奈川県出身とのことでした。次回の経過観察を８月末に予約しました。
　
　一方、今でも鼻の洗浄を毎日家で行ってます。塩分濃度０.９％のぬるま湯で右の鼻から入れ、左の鼻から出します。篩骨洞を清潔にしておくと新鮮な空気が脳を冷やすと考えられます。

　The content is a postoperative follow-up of the maxillary sinus which is one of the sinuses operated 3 months ago. The doctor in charge of me replaced the old pipe with a new one. There was no pain, and I think the surgery was performed properly.
　
　Not change the subject, but I had been working as a teacher at Maebashi High School for 7 years, therefore more than 100 students became doctor. When I told my doctor it this time, he said that he was from Kanagawa prefecture. For next time, I made the reservation for postoperative follow-up at the end of August.
　
　On the other hand, I still wash my nose every day at home. Put the salt in lukewarm water with the salt concentration of 0.9%, then I enter it through the right nose and remove it through the left nose. Especially, keeping the ethmoid sinus clean is thought to cool the brain with fresh air.
