できるかな 植木に水を 人に愛

　余りにも暑いので、口がきけない植物に水をサービスしてます。井戸水なので無尽蔵です。葉の上から水を与えると誠に生き生きしてきます。

　昨夜は高崎に飲みに行ったので、今日は静かに家で生ビールです。

　ところで、昨日の正午に２０２０年のちょうど半分が過ぎたので、今の時間はすでに今年の後半になりました。しかし、本格的な暑さは未だこれから続きます。

　食事は減塩に心掛け、味を薄めにして心臓に負荷を掛けないようにします。Hunger is the best sauce.を実践し、運動とは筋肉をつけることと同義語に考えます。
