一年が 誠に早く 過ぎ去る思い

　今年も残すところ後７４日です。庭は、紅葉から落葉へと向かい、次第に荒涼としつつあります。その中にあって一輪のバラとミカンの黄色が目立ちます。

　特に、大きなサルスベリは未だに一輪二輪咲きつつあっても、同時に、紅葉と落葉が始まってます。７月に咲き始め、その名の通り、百日紅く楽しませてくれました。植物が季節の移り変わりをはっきり教えてくれます。

　子供の頃は一年が本当に長く感じましたが、年を重ねると、何故一年が早く感じるのでしょう。

　しかし、人間の心は興味関心ある物事に集中できれば「充実」という生き甲斐が得られます。生きるための三本柱は「健康づくり」、「記憶力と創造力の増進」、そして「経済への造詣」でしょう。これらは私たちが常に立ち向かうべき基盤です。今日も適度に休憩しつつ、前進できれば良いと思う。
