コハクチョウ 飛来数が もの凄い

　連日、寒かったので、今日はドリームセンターのお風呂で温まってきました。帰路に新鏑橋の上から見たら、もの凄い数のコハクチョウが水面で羽を休めてるので、そばに行って写真を撮りました。ご覧の通り、鴨もかなりの数がのんびり泳いでます。

　何故、ここ群馬高崎市の木部町に飛来するか考えました。周囲を見渡すと、対岸は自然林で、こちら側には高い土手があり、コハクチョウから人工的な建物や人家も見えません。また、川であっても水の流れが誠に緩やかで湖のようです。これが居心地がよいのでしょう。

　写真に撮った場所以外にも多くの群れがいて、おそらく１５０羽程のコハクチョウが飛来しているでしょう。私もこんな光景は初めて見ました。２～３日前からの寒波の影響があるかもしれません。

　Because it's been cold for days, so today I warmed up in the spa at the Dream Center in Yoshi-town. On the way back, I saw a tremendous number of Tundra Swans resting their wings on the surface of Kabra River when passing New-Kabra Bridge, so I went to the side and took a picture. As you can see, there are quite a few ducks swimming leisurely as well.

　I wondered why they flew here at Kibe-town in Takasaki City, Gumma. Japan. Looking around the scenery, the opposite bank is a natural forest, and there is a high embankment on this side. Also, even if it is a river, the flow of water is really slow like a lake. This environment may be comfortable.

　There are also many Tundra Swans in other place of this river, therefore there are probably about 150 Tundra Swans flying over. I have never seen such a sight. There may be a cold wave since 2-3 days ago.
