親切過ぎず しかし、野鳥に住みやすく

　庭には植木用に水道【井戸水】の蛇口が二つあり、一つの近くには野鳥の水飲み場を設置してます。ところが、野鳥も喉を潤すほかに、人間同様、時には水浴びがしたくなります。しかし、その後は、当然、水が汚れてしまいます。このため気づき次第、私が水を取り替えてます。それにしても気持ちよさそうに水浴します。現代では、側溝の蓋が殆ど閉められ、野鳥は生き難いでしょう。

　庭には比較的樹木が多くあるので、野鳥が集まって来ます。ただ、餌場は作りません。これを設置するとピーチクパーチク賑やかになり過ぎるからです。

　餌については、石器時代から続いてる方法で自ら探すことが、結果的に野鳥の生命に永遠性が蘇ると考えます。
