今のところ 経過は順調 様子見る

　昔、上顎洞の手術をしたことから、５０年も経過した今頃になって後遺症が出ました。このため１年前から通院してます。今日も９時から予約してあった口腔外科に行ってきました。しかし、もう1ヶ月前から腫れなどの症状がなくなり、痛くも痒くもありません。今日の治療は洗浄しただけです。

　ですから、今後は２ヶ月後の７月下旬に予約をして高崎医療センターから帰りました。

　今日は雨ですから、庭の作業ができません。室内でダンベルを使ったり、心臓強化のためにキャフレイズをし、そしてテッポウなどで筋トレします。最近は長い筒を持って柔軟体操もします。

　It's been 50 years since I had surgery on my maxillary sinuses, and recently I'm suffering from aftereffects. I have been going to the hospital for a year because of this aftereffects. I went to the oral surgery that was booked from 9 o'clock today. However, symptoms such as swelling have disappeared since a month ago, and I didn't feel no pain or itching. Today's treatment was just a wash by doctor in charge.

　Therefore, I made an appointment two months later in late July and returned from Takasaki Medical Center of the photo.

　By the way, It's raining today, so I can't work in the garden. So I will use dumbbells indoors, do calf-raise to strengthen my heart, and do muscle training with teppo that means pushing-up like a sumo-wrestler's training. Recently, I also do flexibility exercises with a long tube.
