私の鳩に会いに、一人で行った内モンゴル

　懐かしい写真が出てきたのでご覧に入れます。平成時代に私がレース鳩飼育を中断してた時、それ以前に私の家で生まれた一羽の鳩が、家に戻って来たのでしょうか。しかし、すでに鳩舎がないことから、その鳩は気が動転したのでしょう。

　その後、鳩は飛翔力があることから中国内モンゴル自治区の集寧(ちーにん)まで飛んでしまいました。それは鳩の足環に付いてた私の住所氏名が漢字のため先方の張さんから私の所に手紙が着きました。

　内容は「日本から飛んで来たあなたの鳩を飼ってます。」と書かれてました。その後、手紙のやり取りを繰り返しているうちに張さんから「ぜひ、内モンゴルに来てあなたの鳩に会って下さい」と連絡がありました。

　しかし、私は中国語を勉強してなかったことから、躊躇しましたが、国際間の事案であるので、急遽、私の家の近くに住む中国の方に日常会話を教わり、ついに夏休みに内モンゴルに行って私の鳩に会ってきました。その鳩の名は「日中友好号」です。口笛を吹いたら、鳩は懐かしそうに私の顔を見てました。

　上の写真は歓迎会を開いてくださったときのもので、中央の私の隣の方は内モンゴルの知事で、左から二番目の人が私の鳩を飼育し連絡をくださった張さんです。左の女性は張さんの奥様、私の隣の女性は通訳さんです。
