音楽の素晴らしさ・・・国際交流に最適

　今日から１１月です。群馬県北部の紅葉の名所・坤六峠付近へドライブでよく行きましたが、すでに紅葉は盛りを過ぎ、今後、平地でも朝晩は寒さが身に沁みてくる季節でしょう。

　谷川岳、白砂山など上越国境の山岳地帯では、すでに雪の便りが聞かれます。季節が寒冷に近づくと、私たちの身体活動はどうしても小さくなる傾向です。可能な限り、意識して手足の可動範囲を広くしたいものです。それによって私たちの活動も広がり、延いては、見聞も広まります。

　ところで、写真はピアノを弾きながら見られるインドの絵の一つです。ご覧の通り、日本人と異なる風習の一つに頭の上に物を乗せて運びます。これは日常生活で見られる光景で、確かに重たいものは腕で持つより楽でしょう。腕は落ちないように支えるだけで、バランスを保つことから彼女たちの姿勢はいいです。

　The same applies if people from other countries (for instance, China, South-Korea, United Kingdom, New Zealand, United States of America) visit for homestay.
