頭から離れない「講演会の医師の言葉」
いつも早朝にブログを発信してますが、どうしたことでしょう。今朝はブログやフェイスブックに障害か起こり、発信できない状態が続いていました。フェイスブックは現在でも不具合が生じてます。便利な機械は、一度、障害が起こると、どうにもならず困ります。
ところで、光陰矢の如しで、一月は行く、2月は逃げる、3月は去るように、この季節はたちまち日にちが経過し、早くも今日で2月が終わります。一方、この季節は三寒四温が繰り返されるため身体がこの気候に付いて行けず、体調を崩しやすいので特に注意が必要です。
私はすでに8年間ほどリコピンやβーカロチンを含む飲み物を早朝時に飲用してます。これは前立腺癌の専門医による講演会で学んだことです。講演会のまとめとして、講師が最後に力説したことは「トマトと大豆が良い」と言われ、それ以来、このことが私の頭から離れず、この習慣を今でも継続してます。体験上、ニンジンも抗酸化作用があるβーカロチンを含むとことから、体調管理によいと考えてます。ニンジンのことは英語でcarrotと言いますが、これはカロチンである英語のcatoteneからきている言葉といわれてます。今朝は、ニンジンジュースを飲みました。
一方、大豆に含まれているサポニンもすぐれた抗酸化成分の一つと言われ、枝豆を時々食してます。また、バナナはカリウムを豊富に含み、塩分を排泄します。大腸にも良いと経験してます。このため、時々食してます。
年齢を重ねつつあり、家族に頼れない現状の私にとって、最も大切な体調管理は「勝ち負けに関係ない適度な運動の励行と抗酸化作用ある食品」と考え、これらに重点を置いて生活してます。

I have been drinking drinks containing lycopene and beta-carotene early in the morning for about eight years so far. I learned this habit at a lecture by a prostate cancer specialist. As a summary of the lecture, the lecturer emphasized that "tomatoes and soybeans are good," and since then, this has not left my mind, and I have continued this habit. From experience, I believe that carrot is good for health management because they contain beta-carotene, which has antioxidant properties. Ninjin in Japanese is called "carrot" in English, which is said to come from the English word "carotene." This morning, I drank carrot juice.
Meanwhile, the saponin contained in soybeans is said to be one of the excellent antioxidants, so I sometimes eat edamame that means soy bean. Banana is also rich in potassium and help excrete salt. I have also found them to be good for the large intestine. For this reason, I eat them occasionally.
As I am getting older and can no longer rely on my family due to living alone, I believe the most important way to maintain my health is "moderate exercise, regardless of whether I win or lose, and foods with antioxidant properties," and I emphasize these properties in my daily life.
