ピアノで五輪真弓の「恋人よ」を弾いてみたい

　庭の入り口で薄いピンクで咲いてる花梅です。昨日の雨で色彩が一段と鮮やかになったように感じます。梅にとって、やはり雨がよい栄養なのでしょう。この梅は娘の子供の誕生記念に植えました。花が、丁度、人の目の高さで咲いてるので観賞しやすいです。

　実は、このように横に広がり丸みを帯びた樹形になったのは元々、この梅は背が高かったので私が幹を短くしたことから、結果的に横から枝がたくさん出てきてこの姿になりました。一方、昔からの言い伝えで、俗に「桜切るバカ、梅切らぬバカ」の通りにしたら、やはり、梅は剪定すればするほど翌春によく咲くことを実感してます。ですから、この言い伝えは、体験した人の言葉から生じたのでしょう。それにしても、色彩は素晴らしく、まるで昔の恋人に再会したようです。

　ネットでは、この梅の香りを皆さんの部屋にお届けできず、私一人が味わってて申し訳ありません。こんな良い色で咲くと「一人暮らしだから不幸と思うな。素晴らしいフェイスブック友人がいるではないか」と梅の花に諭されてる感じもします。

　でも、まさか人生の第４コーナーに差し掛かり、三度三度一人で食事することになるとは考えてもみませんでした。人生とは分からぬものです。庭にたくさんの花と、私には音楽があっても、何か満たされないものがあります。それは人と人を繋ぐ楽しい会話です。きょうも愛車に乗ってお気に入り喫茶「さんぽ道」に行き、ホットコーヒーを戴きつつ、温厚なママさんと何か話してみたい。ピアノで五輪真弓の「恋人よ」を弾いてみたい。

　This is a pale pink plum blossom at the entrance to the garden. Yesterday's rain made the color even more vivid. Rain must be good nutrition for plums. I planted this plum to commemorate the birth of my daughter's child. The flowers bloom at our eye level, so she is easy to appreciate.

　Actually, the reason this plum tree has a rounded shape is because it was originally tall so that I have shortened the trunk, which resulted in many branches growing out from the sides. On the other hand, if we follow the old saying, "A fool who cuts cherry, a fool who doesn't cut plum," I have realized that the more I prune plums, the better she will bloom the following spring. So this saying probably came from the words of someone who experienced it. Even so, the colors are wonderful, therefore, it's like being reunited with an old sweetheart in my adolescence.

　I'm sorry that I can't deliver the scent of plums to your room over the internet, and that I'm the only one who can experience it. When the plum blooms in such beautiful colors, it feels like she is telling me, "Don't be unhappy just because you live alone. You have many great Facebook friends."

　But I never imagined that I would reach the fourth corner of my life and end up eating alone every times. I never know what life will bring. Even though I have lots of flowers in my garden and music, there is something that is not fulfilling for me. It is the fun conversations that connect people. Today, I would like to go to my favorite cafe, Sampo-michi by my coupe and chat with the kind-hearted proprietress over a hot coffee. I would also like to play by the piano. The title of the music will be "For my sweetheart which is sung by Mayumi Itsuwa.
