午前中も午後も地区のために精を出す

 　
　今日は倉賀野町上四地区のため、二つの仕事に精を出しました。年度末を控え、午前中は会計監査の仕事があり、領収書など各種書類の照合に２時間もかかりました。それでも場所は私の家の前の集会所「ふるさと」でしたから、こんな時は近くて便利です。

　一方、午後は倉賀野小児童の下校指導があり、横断歩道の安全な渡り方を指導したり、仲間の人と通学路を１．５Kほど歩きました。いつものように挨拶運動をしつつ、特に一人で帰宅する子には「今日、学校は楽しかった？」などと必ず声を掛けました。子供は必ず反応し、安心しました。

　このような仕事のとき気候は暑いか寒いかですが、今日は珍しく良い気候でした。今後も、地区の子供の安全と輝く未来のため、また、一人暮らしの高齢者の手助けになることを率先してやります。

Dear my FB friends

　Today, I worked hard on two jobs for the Kami-4th district of Kuragano-town. Because the end of the fiscal year approaching, I had to do an accounting audit in the morning, and it took me two hours to check receipts and other documents. Still, this work was held at the "Furusato" community center in front of my house, so it was close and convenient for me.

　Meanwhile, in the afternoon, I supervised the children of Kuragano Elementary School on their way home, instructing them on how to cross the road safely and I walked about 1.5 km with my comrade along the school route. As always, we did the "greeting campaign," and made sure to ask the children, especially those who were walking home alone, saying "Did you have fun at school today?" They always responded, which made me feel relieved.

　Whenever I do this kind of work, the weather is either hot or cold, but today was unusually just comfortable. I will continue to take the initiative in helping the elderly who lives alone, as well as for the safety and bright future of the children in the area.
