いよいよブルーベリーの季節が到来

　今年は昭和１００年ですから便利な年です。それは、自分【昭和生まれの人】の年令を知るには１００から生まれた年を引けばよいのです。しかし、年齢を増すと二度と会えない悲しいこと、寂しいことに遭遇するものです。本当に親しかった友を数年前までに３人失った私は、この世の無常を感じてます。しかし、今ではどうにか立ち直りつつあります。それは新たに親しい人との邂逅があったからです。毎日が張り合いがあります。

　彦星【わし座のアルタイル】と織姫星【琴座のベガ】は平素は天の川で隔ててますが、7日目のお椀のような形をした船に見立てた月に乗り、明後日に一年振りに天の川で出会うというものです。もちろん、恒星ですから実際には二つの星は移動しません。また、この絵巻は旧暦の７月７日の夕刻であってこそ、月の形を含め、その位置関係が成り立ちます。

　このため、現行歴【太陽暦】の７月７日ではこの現象は起こりません。現在、二つの星はかなり東の空で見難いです。ですから、正しくは今年は８月２９日です。この晩には日本列島のほぼ真上に彦星と織姫星があり、そして「七日目の月」がすぐその右に位置します。七月七日とは月の満ち欠けが七日目の上弦の月ということです。

　話題は変わりますが、聞くところでは、ブルーベリーは目に良い果物といわれてます。私は昼食にブルーベリーのパンを度々食してます。お陰で視力は良く、運転に困ったことはありません。これからも身体に良い食品を摂取しますが、今までて最も良いと認識できたのはトマトジュースとグレープフルーツジュースです。早朝の空腹時に一日交替で飲んでます。この二つは私の抗酸化対策です。

　The fixed stars Hikoboshi [Altair in Aquila] and Otorihime [Vega in Lyra] are usually separated by the Milky Way, but the day after tomorrow, they will meet on the Milky Way once in a year, riding on the moon, which is likened to a bowl-shaped boat on the seventh day of the lunar age since Edo period. Of course, because they are fixed stars, the two stars do not actually move. Also, in fact, this picture scroll can only be set in the evening of July 7th of the lunar calendar, including the shape of the moon, in the positional relationship.

　For this reason, this phenomenon does not occur on July 7th in the current solar calendar. Currently, the two stars are quite far in the eastern sky and difficult to see due to the rainy season. Therefore, the correct date this year will be August 29th. On this night, Hikoboshi and Orihime are almost directly above the Japanese archipelago, and the "seventh day moon" is located just to the right of them. July 7th means that the moon is on its seventh day of waxing.

　Changing the topic, I've heard that blueberries are a fruit that is good for our eyes. I often eat blueberry bread for lunch. Thanks to it, my eyesight is good so that I've never had any trouble driving. I will continue to eat foods that are good for my body, but the best I've found so far are tomato juice and grapefruit juice. I drink them alternately each day on an empty stomach early in the morning. The price is 100 Yen per day. These two are my antioxidant measures, especially effective against cancers.
