Recently, my diet has changed, so I did a blood test at the nearby hospital yesterday. The result will be known after tomorrow. The change in the meal is one rice ball, natto fermented soybeans, and vegetable-rich "miso soup" for breakfast. Lunch is 100% soba noodle or mochi rice cake covered with seaweed and hassaku orange, dinner is yakitori chicken kebab and one tofu boiled soybean curd, boiled spinach every day, no eggs.
So what will happen to the blood test results? Walking is almost daily. I'm expecting because my body doesn't get tired recently.
On the other hand, man living alone is certainly lacking in vitamin love. I'd like to go to "Coffee Shop" someday again with a lady whom I met a year ago at Ginza Sukiyabashi in Tokyo .
As usual, I drink antioxidant tomato juice or beta-carotene carrot juice for preventing cancers at an empty stomach in the every early morning. I think that the reason for drinking on an empty stomach is that it flows at a stretch into the esophagus, stomach, duodenum, and small intestine.
