年越しに シリウス見つつ 蕎麦食くす
いよいよ今年も押し詰まりました。自ら年越し蕎麦を茹で、平成30年に別れを告げます。蕎麦には殆ど塩分が無く、食物繊維、良質のたんぱく質、そしてルチンが含まれます。ルチンは毛細血管に弾力性を与えると言われることから、蕎麦は健康食と考えます。今年を振り返ることも大切だが、来年はもっと真面目に生きたい。
Finally we are getting close the end of this year. I will boil buckwheat noodle by myself saying goodbye Heisei 30 years. Many Japanese eat buckwheat noodle on New Year's Eve, as a wish for longevity. Buckwheat has little salinity. And dietary fiber, good quality protein, and rutin are included in it. Rutin is said to give us elasticity of capillaries. For this reason buckwheat is considered a healthy diet. It is important for me to look back on this year, but I want to live more earnestly next year.
