枇杷酒づくりに挑戦
今年から庭にビワが生り始めたので、今日これから枇杷酒を作ります。種をきれいに洗いよく乾かしました。これを35度の果実酒に入れ、氷砂糖を適度に入れ、大きな瓶で一定期間、密閉して冷暗所で保存します。3ヶ月ほど経ったら、つまり、10月から飲む予定です。それまで待てるかな。
以前に体験してますが、その時は砂糖を入れ過ぎたので今回は500gにしてみます。失敗は成功の元。出来上がったら飲みに来て下さい。驚くほど美味しいと思います。
